I have traveled inland waters on tugs with tow, skippered some under direct and indirect supervision. I have stood watch and been mechanic for a Cabo Sportfisher. I have been boating on the Alabama River System since I was 8. I am 50, retired, have diesel mechanics, welding, computer, GPS-Nav, woodworking, weather, medical, emergency management, and personnel mangagement skills and experience. I can cook and bottlewash as good as anyone. I am 6th generation Alabama so my coffee is strong and my "sweet" tea is beyond measure. | Joe

I am available to go out o day trips or longer extended voyages to the San Juans etc. I will also help with a fuel dock trip as crew support if needed. I have a larger boat of my own and it is always much safer and more fun to have adequate experienced crew.
I can pack a shoot for a downwind leg and sew it together on the upwind I am easy to get along with and ehjoy the water in almost all weather. I love to cook and the galley is a great place to be as well. I love a good cup of java and I like tea too. | Merrin Ashton

Come Labor Day weekend in September 2011, l am seeking long term employment with another Motor or Sail yacht that runs in a professional manner.
Last winter l was the sole stewardess on Matau which ran a busy charter schedule and we chartered many miles also. As a neat and professional sailing yacht, we had a high standard and had many happy and content guests. I will be in France from the 28th of September on holiday as my contract as Offshore Marine Steward has ended.Have only booked a one way ticket at this stage.
I have many friends who have been employed in this industry and think I also,have the expierence and compentency to be of a great asset to you and your vessel,with over 10yrs at sea.

With enough warning can be available most of this year for around 7 days at a time. Launching from areas between Denia and Almerimar.
Tea making skills are AA1, and the ability to make this in a force 8 amazing. Also, do not suffer from sea sickness unless I have consumed a dodgy chinese the night before ....... but don't remind me ! Can also knock up a mean Sunday lunch under sail. Also speak some Spanish and good French. Always a plus if you want to get fed and watered ashore. | Ken and Mary
