I retired two years ago and bought a 1981 Islander 30 sailboat. I have friends but most work so can't go out much. I have been sailing since I was a kid and also love to windsurf. It would be nice to have someone to crew periodically.

I sail out of Middle River north of Baltimore. I like to sail on weekdays. I live in PA so I usually anchor out one or two nights at a time. I have things set up to single hand but I'd like a crew that wants to participate in making the boat sail well.

I wonder if an older person ( I am 61) might be interested in accompanying me from somewhere on the Danube (perhaps Bratislava) to the Ionian (perhaps in '12). Many of my friends come for holidays on board but none can commit to what might be a 2 month trip (if we dawdle).
