Upper Normandy lies in north west France, it's coast is on the English Channel. It is divided by the twisting River Seine, which flows through Rouen, Upper Normandy's capital. Le Havre and Dieppe are important harbours on the coast of Upper Normandy. Our aim is to build a comprehensive collection of reports on harbours, marinas, anchorages & moorings in Upper Normandy, France and we want your help to do it.
