General - Cala Bona is a small fishing and yachting harbour. The approach is easy but entrance should not be attempted with strong onshore winds when it could be dangerous. There is little room to manoeuvre once inside and preparations are best made prior to entry

Approach & Entrance - From the S Punta de Amer is a low promontory with a castle on its top. The Bahia de Arta stretches to Cabo del Pinar and the harbour is in the middle of the bay. It is visible only in the closer approaches. From the N round Cabo del Pinar and enter the Bahia de Arta. The harbour is in the middle of the bay. It is visible only in the closer approaches. From a position where the entrance lies 100m to the SW approach and enter between the two breakwaters marked with red and green light towers. Then leave a further red tower to port
Berths - Secure stern to the quay inside the northern breakwater with a bow anchor.
