Formalities - Odessa is a port of entry. Officials will come to the yacht. The crew must not attempt to leave the yacht until all formalities have been completed. One days note is required prior to departure.

Security - If leaving the yacht notify the office and extra security will be arranged.

Shopping - All provisions can be obtained. Good open air market.

Eating Out - There are restaurants, bars and cafes serving a range of food. But nothing like the numbers or range you would expect of a town of this size in the "West"
