General - Deganwy Quay Marina was opened in the spring of 2004 with 226 berths. Position - 53º 17.5' N 3º 49.65' W Charts - British Admiralty 1977, 1978 Imray C52, C61 Approach & Entrance - It is recommended that the channel to the harbour should be navigated 2 hours either side of HW. From the Irish head for the offing buoy (53º 17.96' N 3º 55.49W). Then set a course of 114T for 0.88 miles which brings you to #2 port hand channel buoy. Steer between the channel marker bouys until #7 starboard is reached. Then steer 150ºT to enter the harbour. Deganwy Quay Marina is in the NE of the main harbour. The smallest house in Britain at 3.05m high x 1.3m wide. The Telford suspension bridge spanning the river Conway. The miniature village of Portmerion which was used in the filming of the prisoner, a cult TV series from the 1960's.
