General - The Britannia Yacht Club is located in the west end of Ottawa, at the head of the Deschênes Rapids, providing access to 45 kilometres of picturesque sailing waters on the Ottawa River. The city lies in the eastern portion of Southern Ontario on the S bank of the Ottawa River, a major waterway forming the local boundary between the provinces of Ontario and Quebec. Ottawa sits at the confluence of three major rivers: the Ottawa River, the Gatineau River and the Rideau River/Canal. Britannia Yacht Club offers rental slips with indoor and outdoor storage.
