General - Brewer Stratford Marina lies on the Eastern Long Island Sound at Stratford in Connecticut. The facility combines slips and boat yard. The site has been the home of a shipyard since the 1700's. During the mid 1800's large schooners were built here, notably the 280 ton "Helen Mar". The Housatonic River is very clean and there is an abundance of wildlife.
